What’s the Purpose?

The purpose of this blog is to hopefully provide tangible information of benefit to aspiring service provider network engineers. The service provider market is all heavily vendor dependent, and there is very little information available for situations crossing vendors or how to decide what protocols and configurations are best for you. I will also cover a myriad of topics from systems and server configurations, tools and setup. As well as Python programming and scripting content.

Mostly this site, is just busy work for me to keep from getting bored. And it helps me refine my skillset, as I host this WordPress site within a VPS myself for the same reasons. I wanted to better understand the internal service hosting and device interactions of the current and upcoming automations that are being leveraged in the service provider space. So yeah, sandbox… lol
